Welding cap part: This part is mainly used for sealing the welding cap of the infusion bottle after filling the traditional Chinese medicine liquid in the infusion production process of plastic bottles.A double-layer heating plate is used for non-contact hot melt welding cover sealing.The bottle after filling is passed through the bottle outlet mechanism, the handover parts, and the welding cap into the bottle mechanism to enter the welding cap site. The manipulator clamps the bottleneck, and at the same time, the bottle cap is sorted out by the cap bucket and supplied to the cap delivery track.When the photoelectric opening of the bottle at the bottle feeding mechanism induces the bottle, the stopper cylinder at the end of the cap delivery track is pushed out, the bottle cap enters the cap-taking mechanism forward, and the cap dial plate pulls out the bottle cap.
